FUSION GAMING COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENTS

Beginning April 1-14, our public health officials in Manitoba has amended the services a non-critical business may provide to prevent the spreading of COVID-19. Due to this we have to implement some immediate changes to our services. Changes may occur again without notice and we value everyone's patience.

Here are some helpful tips for your gaming needs:

Can I still buy cards from fusiongamingonline.com?
-Yes of course! You may select Curbside pick up or Canadapost delivery. Purchases made on our website will automatically receive Free Shipping in Canada! This is applicable to orders with singles only. Heavier items such as TCG sealed products and board games within orders do not qualify for Free Shipping. The shipping method is Standard Lettermail (Estimated Delivery: 3-15 Business Days, No Insurance or Tracking). There may be unexpected delays due to COVID-19.

Can I come to the store for Curbside pick up?
-Curbside pick up will be available for limited hours daily. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. When you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready please call 204-452-3121 to arrange curbside pickup. Unfortunately you will not be permitted to enter the store during April 1-14. We will reopen on April 15 or on when our public health officials announce it is safe reopen.

I selected In-store pickup before this announcement and cannot make it before the closure. What's going to happen to my order?
-Not to worry, In-store pickups originating between March 1-31 will be shipped to the address on file For Free! New orders beginning April 1 will also be shipped For Free, just make sure you select this:

Can I still sell cards to Fusion Gaming for 35% trade bonus?
-Absolutely! We've revamped and simplified fusiongamingonline.com/buylist so it's super easy to sell us anything in just a few clicks! We'll even pay your postage back after you mail us your stuff! Just mention your postage charges in the Buylist Confirmation Email and we'll add that amount when you're paid. Unfortunately drop off service for for collections is temporarily not available.

In light of recent COVID-19 developments, Fusion Gaming will be changing the services we offer as a precautionary measure to ensure the ongoing safety of our customers, staff and workplace.

People are encouraged to take common prevention measures including regular hand washing with soap and warm water for at least 15 seconds. People should also cover their mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, or cough or sneeze into their sleeve. In addition to adhering to precautionary measures set by the Manitoba government the following changes are effective immediately:

- Scheduled Organized Play Events are cancelled.

- Play space is closed to the public.

- Limited access to items in our retail showroom.

- Store hours are adjusted to 12:00pm-6:00pm daily.

- Common surface areas including bathrooms and debit terminals are disinfected regularly.

- Hand wipes or disinfectants are available to each customer.

 

Please be polite if suggesting someone displays symptoms of COVID-19. These are very delicate times and we need to show poise even if we may feel unsafe. Additionally Health Links is a telephone health information service staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by knowledgeable, experienced nurses and is free of charge everywhere in Manitoba. Ensure your full name, email address and phone number are clearly marked on your collection. Once we have calculated its value, the +35% bonus will automatically appear on your online account ready to be spent.
